Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at inbox.wst@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right - including covering return shipping and issuing a full refund or replacement where required. Photo evidence may be requested to speed up the process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, once opened or used
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

UK Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To do so, notify us at inbox.wst@gmail.com within that period. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
